Abstract. What are the advantages of frozen bread production? Can such a business, which is very popular in European countries, become a trend in our country? Many Uzbek entrepreneurs are very cautious about foreign business ideas. Whether they qualify or not, they explore the different benefits of a new product depending on how consumers perceive it. Therefore, I suggest you familiarize yourself with the idea of making frozen bread and decide for yourself whether this is worth serious consideration or not.
