ASSESSMENT OF THE VALIDITY AND RELIABILITY OF THE RESULTS OF THE QUESTIONNAIRE

Abstract. This article is devoted to the methods used to assess the quality of management of advanced training of pedagogical and managerial personnel of higher educational institutions. To assess the reliability of the data analysis and the validity of the conclusions obtained, the article evaluates the accuracy and reliability of the questionnaire tool used. The article proposes algorithms for the process of conducting a survey of students of advanced training courses and verifying the validity of test tasks. A mathematical model of the selection of acceptable test tasks using threshold values is constructed. The validity of test questions in the work is ensured before the test questions are entered into the database, before testing the listeners and after the answers of the listeners. The reliability of the questionnaire in the article is determined by measuring the distribution of listeners' responses to the questions asked. The criteria for the survey of listeners are given. The level of personal and group satisfaction with the quality of teaching is determined on the basis of the total final indicator for all questions of the questionnaire.
