Abstract. The article deals with the growth of global problems of our time in the conditions of social instability and the strengthening of the existential tension of the problems of human adaptation to the pace of socio-cultural changes, the expansion of the sphere of "artificial", technical and technological mediators of life again actualizes anthropological problems, translating it into the plane of transformation of the very methodology of human research. In the first place is not the knowledge of its essence, but the disclosure of the fundamental relationship of a person to the world and to himself, manifested in various forms of his behavior and lifestyle. It is achieved as a result of the implementation of an effective social policy for the formation of a citizen with a certain life motivation in relation to the environment, the use of environmental knowledge in everyday practical activities.
