Abstract: The article is devoted to the use of the technology "Debates" in the lessons of a foreign language. The article describes in detail the method of discussion in foreign language lessons and its types. Particular attention is paid to the type of discussions "Debate" - as a competition that is primarily of a value nature and forms an active citizenship and promotes the socialization and self-realization of students. It is also discussed that "Debate" helps to teach: to think critically; to separate the important from the unimportant; to define and isolate a problem; to evaluate the causes and possible consequences; to draw conclusions and conclusions, to argue one's opinion; to determine facts and opinions; to solve a problem effectively; work in a team. In addition, examples of conducting debates in foreign language lessons are given.

DYNAMICS OF ACCUMULATION OF ALKALOIDS, MICRO AND MACROELEMENTS IN DIFFERENT ORGANS OF CAPPARIS SPINOSA L.

Abstract: The results of the study of the chemical composition of some parts of the plant Capparis spinosa L. from a previously unexplored place of growth near the Fergana region - root bark, roots, stems, leaves, flower buds, flowers and fruits. The quantitative composition of plant alkaloids and extractives in general, as well as 30 macro- and micronutrients, was studied. Extraction of organic matter was carried out in alcohol, and then, after treating the residue separated from the solvent with ammonium hydroxide, a mixture of alkaloids was sequentially extracted with chloroform and n-butanol. Plant-derived alkaloids and extractives have been developed in thin-layer chromatography (DLC) and column chromatography. The results showed that the content of alkaloids and macro and micro elements was higher than in studies from other growth sites.
