Sagdiev Mirkasim Takhirovich, Alimova Rano Abbasovna
Abstract: The article presents the results of the effectiveness of growth-controlling drugs on cucumber crops in field and laboratory conditions. Cucumber has a special place in human life among the plants belonging to the family of gourds. Cucumis Sativus Z is the most widespread vegetable in Uzbekistan, therefore, the area of open fields and greenhouses for their cultivation is increasing every year. The agrotechnics and system of cucumber cultivation have been improved, soil fertility has been improved and new high-yielding hybrids and varieties are recommended in order to increase productivity. Cucumber is a heat-loving plant, requires high air humidity and grows rapidly in conditions with high soil fertility. The effectiveness of the tested drugs "Biosil" and "Buton" is 71.9%, which is 43.5% higher than the control. It was observed that the yield of Buton drug was 65.9%, which is 6% less than that of "Biosil". The results showed that high economic efficiency was achieved by using natural and artificial growth regulators. Preparations have been proven to accelerate the growth and development of crops, with the possibility of quick ripening and long-term yield, as well as economic efficiency.

THE ROLE OF MICROBIAL ENZYMES IN VERMICOMPOSTING OF ORGANIC WASTES
Khan. I., Kurovsky A.V., Babenko. A.S.
Abstract: Using earthworms, vermicomposting (VC) is an environmentally friendly biotechnological technique that converts organic waste (OW) into vermicompost, a valuable, nutrient-rich fertilizer. Abiotic factors such as feed material, acidity, temperature, and moisture affect the process. Earthworms, and microbial communities work together to break down organic matter (OM). Consequently, a top-notch fertilizer is produced, which offers substantial benefits to soil health and the development of plants. Worm castings are a nutrient-rich fertilizer containing essential elements such as nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), iron (Fe), and zinc (Zn). They also contain beneficial microorganisms in the soil and growth regulators that promote plant growth and development. The use of various worm species in composting allows for the treatment of different biological wastes, resulting in both environmental and economic benefits. Microbial enzymes such as proteases, cellulases, and polyphenol oxidases play a crucial role in breaking down organic material during composting, leading to improved efficiency and nutrient richness. Microbial communities, comprising bacteria, fungi, and protozoa, are responsible for organic material decomposition and nutrient cycling. Furthermore, the combined effects of various enzymes and microbial species enhance the composting process, resulting in better soil quality and increased nutrient availability. It is essential to comprehend the functions of microbial enzymes and important microbial species in process to optimize this disposal of waste method and its potential applications in sustainable agriculture and waste treatment.

THE ROLE OF RESPECT IN SOCIETY
Khazratova Kunduz Mamaraimovna
Abstract: Respect is a cornerstone of interpersonal relationships and a fundamental aspect of human dignity. It is essential for fostering healthy relationships, whether personal, professional, or casual. When we respect others, we acknowledge their value, listen to their perspectives, and treat them with kindness and fairness. This mutual understanding and acknowledgment can lead to stronger, more meaningful connections and a positive environment where everyone feels valued and heard. One of the key aspects of respect is its role in effective communication. By actively listening and responding thoughtfully, we create a space where everyone feels comfortable to express themselves, leading to clearer understanding and fewer misunderstandings. Respectful communication is not just about the words we use but also about our body language and our willingness to consider others' viewpoints. In addition to enhancing communication, respect is crucial for reducing conflicts. It allows us to navigate disagreements with civility, ensuring that each party feels heard and valued. This approach can prevent conflicts from escalating and help find common ground, even in the face of differing opinions. Respect also plays a significant role in leadership. Ethical leaders who show respect for their team's ideas and well-being inspire loyalty and motivation. This respectful leadership fosters a positive work culture where employees feel valued and motivated to contribute their best. Moreover, respect is intertwined with good manners, which facilitate smoother social interactions and leave a lasting positive impression. It is a reflection of our consideration for others and our ability to empathize with their feelings and experiences. Respect strengthens community bonds by promoting cooperation and a shared sense of responsibility. Communities where respect prevails are more likely to collaborate on common goals and support each other, enhancing the overall quality of life for all members. In the context of personal and professional growth, a respectful environment encourages constructive feedback and recognizes individual contributions. This recognition can boost self-esteem and motivate individuals to pursue their goals with confidence. Finally, respect is integral to upholding dignity and human rights, ensuring that everyone is treated fairly and has equal opportunities. It is the foundation upon which ethical decisions, accountability, and social justice are built. By cultivating respect in our daily interactions, we contribute to a more empathetic, inclusive, and just society.
