THE EVALUATION OF THE THICKNESS OF FUNCTIONAL COATINGS OBTAINED BY THE ION-PLASMA METHOD
Saydakhmedov R.Kh, Saidakhmedova G.R.
Abstract: In the paper represented a mathematical model of the spray particles distribution on the substrate surface for a magnetron sputtering system, and on this basis calculated thickness of the aluminium and nickel coatings. The calculation took into account the distance from the evaporator to the substrate, the mass and density of the coating material. Furthermore, it was considered several options for calculating the coating thickness, depending on the physical mechanism of the spraying process.

G.Q.Muydinova
Abstract: Determination of optimal organizational and economic mechanisms of personnel management in enterprises, significant factors, management and effective use of personnel, analysis of basic direction of personnel management. With the effective use of the human capital involved in the production, it is advisable for the subjects of the employer-enterprise to take into account the emotional and psychological states of human capital.

ADOPTION OF THE DISCRETE-ADDRESS MODE IN THE SECONDARY RADAR
Vyacheslav Vladimirovich Erokhin, Boris Valentinovich Lezhankin, Tatiana Yurievna Portnova, Dilshod Elmuradovich Eshmuradov, Vladislav Pavlovich Churbakov
Abstract: Air traffic management (ATM) requires high flight safety, regularity and efficiency. These targets can be achieved by using promising technologies and technical means. The remote control of aircraft can be provided by implementing surveillance systems ensuring operative information of spatial coordinates and motion parameters. The secondary radar based on discrete-address mode recommended by ICAO for implementation provides high-speed ground-to-air data exchange (between the traffic control and the aircraft crew). Assessment of the concept implementation efficiency by mathematical modelling is an urgent technical problem.

THE ROLE OF ELECTRONIC CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (E-CRM) IN IMPROVING SERVICE QUALITY
Zhamolzhon Khudoykulovich Dzhumanov, Baltabayev Zhaksylyk Orazbayevich, Orazbayev Abdulaziz Zhaksylykovich
Abstract: Electronic Customer Relationship Management(E-CRM) is one of business concepts and technology that supported by information systems to integrate all of business proccess that customer interacted. The most common implementation of E-CRM in warehouse systems is a website. This study is to know the role of E-CRM to improve the quality of services, describe the implementation of E-CRM, understand the warehousing procedure, and know the quality of services through E-CRM in AT Multimodal Logistics. E-CRM is a strategy that integrates the concepts of knowledge management, data mining and data warehousing to support an organization's decision-making process in order to maintain long-term and profitable relationships with its customers. AT Multimodal Logistics E-CRM is applied in conjunction with general information, alternative contact, membership, automated email, and new customer instructions.

HYDRAULIC PROCESSES IN IRRIGATION FLEXIBLE PIPES OF DRIP IRRIGATION SYSTEM AND RESULTS OF PRACTICAL STUDIES
Ishanov Javlon Khamidullayevich, Makhmudov Ernazar Jumayevich
Abstract: The article highlights the idea that, depending on the pressure in the irrigation pipes in the drip irrigation system, the correct distribution of consumption along the length of the pipe ensures the same development of agricultural crops. A practical study has been conducted on the distribution of pressure along the length of the fertilizer mixture in drip irrigation without and when it is added. As a result of field studies, it has been found that the counter irrigation method, which is widely used in traditional irrigation, can also be applied to drip irrigation, and it has been found that with this irrigation method, there is a possibility of reducing the waste of pressure along the length when applied to drip irrigation.

THE ROLE OF THE TEACHER AND STUDENT IN TEACHING EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY
Jiyanov Oybek Pardabayevich, Narmuradov Ulug’bek Ziyadullayevich, Turabayev Alibek Tolmas ugli
Abstract: What is required of teachers is that they enjoy and be capable of sharing with children work programs designed to modify their experience and understanding. That means making relevant experience available to the student at the right time. The teacher must be mature, have humour with a sense of status, be firm yet unruffled, and be sympathetic but not overpersonal. This article discusses the role of the teacher and student in educational process

THE IMPACT OF THERMAL BARRIER COATINGS ON THE PROTECTIVE PROPERTIES OF TURBINE BLADES OF GAS TURBINE ENGINE
Saydakhmedov R.Kh., Saidakhmedova G.R.
Abstract: Diagnostics of the real state and residual life of the structural elements of an aircraft gas turbine engine is the main task in solving the problem of ensuring safety during the operation of aircraft. The most important link in assessing the resource and strength is the turbine of a gas turbine engine - the determination of the stress-strain state (SSS) of structural elements that differ in the complexity of the shape and a large number of stress concentration zones.

FEATURES OF GLUCOSE METABOLISM IN THE FETUS WITH DIABETES MELLITUS
Muradova Emma Vladimirovna, Ganjiyan Narine Emilyevna, Abdullayeva Sevara Ilhom qizi, Sodikova Sabina Baxodirovna
Abstract: The main nutrients for the fetus are glucose and amino acids. Glucose, including the product of its metabolism lactate is the main energy substrate for the fetus, involved in maintaining basal metabolism, storing energy reserves necessary for protein synthesis and growth.
