EVALUATION OF MACHINE LEARNING ALGORITHMS FOR GASTROENTEROLOGICAL DISEASES PREDICTION

Abstract: This article presents a study and analysis of various artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms for their application in predicting gastroenterological diseases. Gastroenterological diseases pose a significant healthcare challenge, and early detection and accurate prognosis of these conditions can greatly improve treatment outcomes and impact patients' quality of life. The analysis of multiple AI algorithms is conducted in this work, with the aim of developing a hardware-software complex for predicting gastroenterological diseases. Particular attention is given to the k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Artificial Neural Networks, and Random Forest algorithms applied to gastroenterological patient data. Various datasets from different sources and medical institutions were used for the research. The authors also discuss data preprocessing methods, such as normalization, feature selection, and outlier handling, to enhance the effectiveness of AI algorithms. This work is a valuable study that advances the understanding of the applicability of AI algorithms in the field of gastroenterology. It may serve as a basis for further research and the development of innovative approaches to diagnosing and predicting gastroenterological diseases in modern medicine.

Abstract: Meningiomas, a group of tumors originating from the meninges, have a wide range of morphological characteristics that determine the type and grade of malignancy. The study of anaplastic meningiomas is challenging because they resemble soft tissue malignancies. Immunostaining makes it possible not only to determine the cytogenetic source and the degree of malignancy of the tumor, but also to detect pathological proteins - transcription products of damaged DNA sections and give recommendations on the appointment of targeted therapy.

INGUINAL-PELVIC LYMPH DISSECTION IN THE TREATMENT OF METASTATIC LESION OF REGIONAL LYMPH NODES IN VULVAR CANCER

Abstract: Knowledge about the prevalence of the cancer process and its microscopic signs helps to establish the stage of development of the disease, helps to assess the likelihood of tumor recurrence and provides information that will allow the doctor to predict the therapeutic effect. With vulvar cancer, the tumor often spreads along the length and by metastasis to the regional lymph nodes (inguinal, femoral), and then to the pelvic lymph nodes. In malignant tumors, the level of lymph node lesion, which can be determined by lymph node dissection, is of great importance for the choice of treatment method.

Abstract: In response to the technological mistakes made by students in the process of performing plein-air practical tasks with watercolors, I would like to inform you that most students do not have full practical experience and knowledge about the subtle nuances of the technological aspects of working with watercolors. painting, or their disregard for the subject became known. However, in order to consistently perform these conditional actions, it is very important to establish more plein-air studies, and students are required to constantly search. Only then will students have a certain experience and be free from the above errors and shortcomings. As a result, they will have practical knowledge and skills on the topic. This article presents an analysis of options for solving a problem situation regarding the unique features of the technique of drawing with watercolors.

Abstract: This article examines the system of training primary school teachers to use information and communication technologies (ICT) in their professional activities and highlights the key components of ICT teacher training. The main areas where ICT tools are used in primary school curricula are considered. This system, which can be used during university and postgraduate training, is aimed at improving the professional competence of teachers in the field of ICT. Based on the analysis of existing experience, a competency-based system for training primary school teachers with general theoretical, technological, didactic and design components have been developed. The theoretical basis of teacher training is an activity-based approach. The article discusses in detail the implementation of the system at the stage of professional training when teaching the course "The use of electronic learning tools" at the Faculty of Primary Education.
