MANAGEMENT OF FINANCIAL RISKS AFFECTING THE COMBING OF ENTERPRISES Abstract: This article aims to highlight the theoretical foundations, categories of risks affecting the activities of enterprises and the analysis of the factors that make them possible. In this case, the algorithm for monitoring risks and the stages of analysis of enterprises using their financial statements are widely analyzed. It is based on the fact that joint-stock companies and limited liability companies are obliged to regularly monitor the amount of net assets. If the amount of net assets is less than the authorized capital, it has been analyzed that society is obliged to reduce its authorized capital to the level of net assets.

STUDY OF CONINUITY OF FUNCTION: FROM VISUALLY-INTUITIVE UNDERSTANDING TO THE PRECISE ONE Abstract: In the paper, methodical approaches to the study of continuity of functions are presented, knowledge of which has a significant impact on both the mathematical and methodological training of future specialists. The primary problem for understanding the concept of continuity is the formation of visually-intuitive understanding. The level of assimilation of concepts should be evaluated, basically, at the level of identification, but not by the ability to reproduce definitions of continuity of a function at a point.

DYNAMICS OF STORAGE OF ALKALOIDS IN A. DONAX L. PLANT Abstract: The results obtained from the samples of A. donax L. plant raw materials collected from the eight regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan in different growth periods were presented. When the alkaloid content of A. donax L. was analyzed depending on the place of growth, it was found that the amount of alkaloids in the plant differed both quantitatively and in the composition of individual components depending on the composition of the root, vegetation period and conditions.

LANGUAGE IN FUNCTIONS IN MODERN LINGUISTICS Abstract: The use of language for particular function comes under the definition of communication. The function may be requesting, apologizing, complaining and so on. Language functions are used within certain social contexts. A person can choose articular function to express his/her intent with the help of various language exponents while addressing the addressees. A sound knowledge of language functions according to particular social context is needed for effective communication including the knowledge of target language forms and meanings. Besides this, negotiation of meaning is also needed to use appropriate language functions within a particular situation. This article overviews scholarship in functional linguistics, and focuses on constituency, a specific problem which has attracted significant attention from functionalists. It examines constituency from the perspective of a natural outgrowth of functionalism in linguistics, namely a concern with the function of grammar in its ecological habitat, conversational interaction. Functional approaches to patterning in language, then, have recently shifted the focus away from synchrony to diachrony and grammaticization.

ANTHROPONYMY STUDIES Abstract: This article discusses the study, research, development and periods of formation of anthroponymy. The article states that an anthroponym is a personal name, a characteristic of the individualization of an object: that each object (person) of a nomination has a name. It is further stated that the Register of names is limited, that personal names are duplicated, which is forced to give an additional name. The article claims that in a developed society, the official name of a person has the formula of his name.
