Abstract: The work shows that only at least 30% of the initial grains (granules) can be included, and after crystallization of the artificially obtained highly dispersed NaA aluminosilicate, a product with a degree of crystallinity close to 100% can be obtained, and in the absence of additives, a hydrosodalite phase can be obtained. A "sol-gel" method for the synthesis of mesoporous aluminosilicate has been developed. The gel for the two-stage synthesis of mesoporous aluminosilicate was prepared according to the following method: 50.0 ml of tetraethyl orthosilicate, kaolin, sodium hydroxide, ethyl alcohol, hexamethylenediamine and citric acid and 50.0 ml of ethanol solution were added to 50.0 ml of H2O solution. 12.0 ml of 0.1 M NaOH and 50.0 ml of hexamethylenediamine were added in a thin stream and the mixture was left with intensive stirring for 10 minutes. To increase the binding-free crystallinity of the artificially obtained mesoporous aluminosilicate NaA to ~100%, a method of loosening additives to a highly dispersed mesoporous artificially obtained aluminosilicate of the same structural type synthesized from highly active methacaolin has been developed. it is mixed with kaolin from the mine in a ratio of 30-70 /70-30%, respectively. The aim of the work is to develop a method for the synthesis of NaA aluminosilicate without binders.

Abstract: A method for obtaining a highly dispersed mesoporous artificially obtained aluminosilicate X based on the crystallization of a natural aluminosilicate with a highly active methacaoline structure in a solution of sodium metasilicate at a temperature of 96-98 ° C. Calculations show that at a temperature of 30 ° C and an initial mass or volume of sodium oxide of 120 g/l, the maximum amount of dissolved aluminum and silicon (IV) oxides is 2.4 and 20, respectively, of their content in methacaoline with high activity. Mesoporous artificially obtained aluminosilicate X-components of high hardness and phase purity are converted from reaction mixtures into solids:(2,3-2,6) Na2O*Al2O3*(3,0-3,5) SiO2*(60-80) H2O. The distribution of pores by surface area and size was determined by low-temperature nitrogen desorption in an automatic adsorboment "ASAB 2010". Sedimentation analysis was performed in various dispersion media in water and water-glycerin mixture using the Oden method. X-ray phase analysis (CoKa radiation) was performed on a DRON-4 diffractometer with a cobalt X-ray tube. The PDF-2 database of the International Diffraction Data Center (JCPDS, 1999) was used to analyze diffractograms. The parameters of the porous structure of the samples were determined by low-temperature nitrogen desorption on a Quanchrome NOVA analyzer (USA). The aim of the work is the synthesis of highly dispersed mesoporous aluminosilicates based on kaolin

Abstract: Fullerenes have intrinsic high electron affinity and they are therefore capable of acting as radical traps in free radical chain reactions, including polymerization and the thermo-oxidative degradation of polymers. Reactivity of fullerene particles in polymer mediums is governed by diffusion and promotes active termination of oxidation chains on macro-R• radicals. Radical accepting capacity of fullerenes is comparable with that for well-known commercial primary stabilizers. Therefore, cheap fullerene matters even unpurified samples could be used for stabilization of polymer materials. To check this postulate, the anti-oxidative activity of fullerene soot has been studied as agents preventing thermo-oxidative disruption of siloxane rubbers. Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) – C60 (soot) composites was prepared and tested on thermo-oxidative stability. The fullerene soot additives increase all temperature points of the degradation and can serve as effective anti-oxidative agents for the rubbers
