SELECT THE OPTIMAL PRODUCTION WASTE OF MALT ROOTS FOR OBTAINING GLABRIDIN

Glabridin is the main biologically active phytocomponent of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. Although glabridin is one of the most studied flavonoids in licorice, the main literature is devoted to its biological activity, but there is a lack of data on its isolation methods, technology and standardization. In this work, the effect of estrogens on the yield of glycyrrhizic acid and glabridin contained in raw materials was studied and analyzed, when processing licorice root in various ways, and also find the optimal waste from this production for the production of glabridin. As a result of the research, it was found advisable to use production waste (meal) from enterprises using water or 10% ethyl alcohol as a solvent to obtain glycyrrhizic acid and its salts from licorice root when producing glabridin. It has been established that the content of glabridin does not change during drying using methods at 60°C of non-vacuum drying (30 hours), vacuum drying (24 hours) and natural drying (72 hours) as optimal drying conditions for using this production waste (meal) as raw materials. It has been proven in the process of obtaining glabridin from raw materials that ethyl acetate and 96% ethyl alcohol can be used as an estrogen.

Продукты, выращенные в результате повышения уровня нитратов при выращивании этих продуктов, также вредны для организма. Получение здоровых овощных продуктов без повышения уровня нитратов имеет первостепенное значение.

ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITY OF ETHANOLIC CRUDE EXTRACTS OF MEDICINAL PLANTS AND THEIR CYCLODEXTRIN-ENCAPSULATED FORMS

This paper aims to evaluate the potential of Rhodiola heterodonta L., Ajuga turkestanica L., Rosa canina L. (RC), Petroselinum crispum L., Inula helenium L., Gingko biloba, Curcuma longa L. extracts and their cyclodextrin-encapsulated form against some opportunistic pathogenic microorganisms. It was found that R.heterodonta, I.helenium and G.biloba possess significant antimicrobial activity. When encapsulated with cyclodextrins by different methods antimicrobial activity reduced in case of I.helenium and increased in case of R.heterodonta and G.biloba. Importance of type of cyclodextrin and encapsulation procedure were observed to be specifically involved as well.

The goal of the first stage of treatment is to completely eliminate Helicobacter pylori, and in 95% of cases this task can be overcome; Stage II lasts 14 days and is required only if Helicobacter pylori is found in the stomach after the first stage. A tandem of metronidazole + tetracycline antibiotics is used against bacteria, and the therapy is supplemented with one of the bismuth drugs, as well as PPIs (omeprazole, rabeprazole) and histamine receptor blockers (ranitidine, famotidine).

O'tkazilgan tadqiqotlar yakunida o'simlik balandligi, poya va ildiz biomassasi, xlorofill miqdori aniqlandi. Bakteriyalarning assosiasiyasi qo'llanilganda, yagona shtamm qo`llanilgandagi natijaga nisbatan o'simliklarning o'sish parametrlari sezilarli darajada rag'batlashtirilgani aniqlandi. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatdiki, tekshirilgan bakteriyalar Cd bilan ifloslangan tuproqlarning bioremediatsiyasini ta`minlashda va o`simlik o'sishini kuchaytirishda sinergetik potensialga egadir.
