IMPROVING THE CONTENT OF FOLK CRAFTS AND APPLIED ARTS EDUCATION IN THE TRAINING OF TECHNOLOGY TEACHERS

Tajiev Javlon Karimboevich

In the article, the role of Uzbek national crafts and practical art in the life of the society from the end of the 19th century to the present time, as well as the researches related to its scientific study are briefly discussed. The popular educational literature about folk crafts and applied art were analyzed, and some advice was given for future technology teachers to improve the content of theoretical education of folk crafts and applied art .Uzbek folk art and its components, the interconnection and features of the concepts "Folk art crafts - Traditional folk art crafts - Traditional art crafts and practical art" were revealed. Traditional and modern folk arts and crafts were analyzed, and the need to study the types of Uzbek patterns "girih" and "islimi" together with "pictorial" and "combined" patterns into four groups was justified.

ADSORPTION EQUILIBRIUM AND KINETICS STUDIES OF DIVALENT MANGANESE FROM PHOSPHORIC ACID SOLUTION BY USING CATIONIC EXCHANGE RESIN

Haydarov Bekzod, Asamov Javlon, Mansurov Tolmos, Eshmurzayev Qurbonmurot, Qudratova Iroda

There are numerous impurities in wet-process phosphoric acid, among which manganese is one of detrimental metallic impurities, and it causes striking negative effects on the industrial phosphoric acid production and downstream commodity. This article investigated the adsorption behavior of manganese from phosphoric acid employing Sinco-430 cationic ion-exchange resin. Resorting FT-IR and XPS characterizations, the adsorption mechanism was proved to be that manganese was combined with sulfonic acid group. Several crucial parameters such as temperature, phosphoric acid content and resin dose were studied to optimize adsorption efficiency. Through optimization, removal percentage and sorption capacity of manganese reached 53.12 wt%, 28.34 mg·g−1 , respectively. Pseudo-2nd-order kinetic model simulated kinetics data best and the activation energy was evaluated as 6.34 kJ·mol−1 for the sorption reaction of manganese. In addition, the global adsorption rate was first controlled by film diffusion process and second determined by pore diffusion process. It was found that the resin could adsorb up to 50.24 mg·g−1 for manganese. Equilibrium studies showed that Toth adsorption isotherm model fitted best, followed by Temkin and Langmuir adsorption isotherm models. Thermodynamic analysis showed that manganese adsorption was an endothermic process with enhanced randomness and spontaneity

EFFICIENCY OF USING THE HYBRID NEURAL MODEL CNN + LSTM + FUZZY CTC FOR HANDWRITING RECOGNITION

Turakulov Sh.

The article discusses the existing problems of handwriting recognition and the solution to the segmentation problem. The mode of operation and structural explanations of the model of the hybrid neural network CNN + LSTM + fuzzy CTS are given here. The efficiency of the hybrid model was demonstrated using a comparative analysis with the CNN, CNN + CTC, CNN + LSTM models. 90% of the recognition results for handwriting recognition were achieved in case of availability of sufficient dataset. Algorithms of fuzzy set theory for CTC in handwriting recognition have been developed. Based on these, effective results were obtained

INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE CONDENSATION PROCESS IN SHELL-PIPE PLANTS

Ismailov Oybek Yulibaevich, Khurmamatov Abdughaffor Mirzabdullaevich, Yusupov Rustam Athamovich, Isamatova Djamilya Nighmatullaevna

In the article, an experimental device for condensing water and hydrocarbon vapors in a shell-and-tube heat exchanger was created and a method of operation was developed. In the process of condensing gas condensate vapors with water in a shell pipe device, experiments were carried out along the length of the condenser pipe. In the experimental device, the transition of gas condensate with a volume of 15 liters to the vapor state and the condensation of this steam in the shell pipe experimental heat exchanger were conducted. its boiling temperature is 2.5 times lower than that of water vapor. It was determined that the heat of condensation of water vapor at 60 оС is r1 =2317 kJ/kg, and when the temperature increases to 180 оС, it decreases r1 =1998 kJ/kg, i.e. by 1.15 times.

SOCIAL AND HYGIENIC ASPECTS OF HEALTH PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEES AT ENTERPRISES OF THE CHEMICAL AND PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY

Karieva Manzura

Depending on the quantitative characteristic and duration of action, individual production factors can become dangerous. A dangerous labor factor is a factor in the environment and labor process, which can be the cause of injury, acute illness or sudden sharp deterioration in health, death. Diseases that arise exclusively or predominantly as a result of exposure to production factors are called occupational. These include diseases such as vibration disease, radiation disease, various pneumoconioses (lung diseases as a result of dust exposure). Some of these diseases can be very difficult with a disorder of vital functions, as a result of which disability can occur.
