The article provides information on methods for determining the weakly bound and free form of peroxidase found in plants by mechanical inoculation of D. tatula KXV. At the same time, the results of the dynamics of changes in the activity of enzymes under the influence of viruses for 3 weeks were described, and this indicator was determined every week.
29.12.2022 Volume 1 Issue 8 View more DownloadAmong abiotic stresses, water deficiency is one of the most destructive environmental stresses. When a plant encounters water stress, it releases some antioxidants (enzymes) to alleviate water stress. Peroxidases are considered one of the indicators of plant stress, since their level significantly increases after stress stimulation. Among the studied six varieties and four lines of mung bean (Vigna radiata L.), the Zilola variety showed high activity of the peroxidase enzyme under conditions of water deficit. This, in turn, proves the resistance of the Zilola variety to water deficiency in comparison with other studied mung bean varieties.
28.12.2022 Volume 1 Issue 8 View more DownloadCML is caused by a genetic change (mutation) in the stem cells produced by the bone marrow. The mutation causes the stem cells to produce too many underdeveloped white blood cells. It also leads to a reduction in the number of other blood cells, such as red blood cells. Examine the epidemiology of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) in the Fergana region, compare it to other populations, and identify factors that influence the disease's causes.
24.12.2022 Volume 1 Issue 8 View more DownloadThis article is about planning, conducting and data advantages of cross-sectional (concurrent) epidemiological studies in health care. Our current research is based on this design. A 1-time examination performed at a certain time interval provides valuable information to the Health Care System about the dynamics of the disease and the comparison of the manifestations of the disease in different regions of the country.
24.12.2022 Volume 1 Issue 8 View more DownloadTumors are the second leading cause of human death after cardiovascular diseases. Every fifth man or every sixth woman has one or another type of cancer. This article is devoted to determining the morphofunctional changes of the lymph nodes in the mesentery of the colon in women with uterine tumor disease.

24.12.2022 Volume 1 Issue 8 View more DownloadThe article contains information from the literature studied by the authors. They present the significance of anthropometric indicators in surgical interventions. In addition, it was found that the size of the eyecup varies depending on age and gender.
24.12.2022 Volume 1 Issue 8 View more DownloadAnthropometry is a set of methodological methods that consist in measuring and describing the entire human body and its individual parts (anthroposcopy) and allowing them to be quantitatively characterized. As a result of anthropometric studies, it is possible to evaluate and compare the variability in the characteristics of various racial, age, occupational and gender groups based on measurements of a large number of individuals. This article presents the dependence of various factors on the anthropometric indicators of children 8-12 years old.
