ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF OSTEOSYNTHESIS OF THE TIBIA WITH AN ELASTIC NAIL IN DIAPHYSEAL FRACTURES IN CHILDREN

Shamatov Xasan Shavkatovich, Xodjanov Iskandar Yunusovich, Akbaraliyev A'zamjon Xabibullo ugli

The article presents the evolution of views on the problem of treating children and adolescents with diaphyseal tibial fractures and the range of modern medical techniques applicable to this group of patients. The positions of authoritative supporters of conservative therapy and medical schools professing the idea of a stable, functional connection of bones are taken into account. The main trends in injury surgery in pediatric practice were identified and an effective and safe approach to the surgical treatment of patients with unstable tibial shaft fractures based on closed intramedullary osteosynthesis with an original locking nail was substantiated

ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY AND ITS APPLICATIONS IN CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE DIAGNOSIS

Otaboyeva Munisa Ollabergan qizi

This thesis shows the role of echocardiography in the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular diseases. It begins by providing a comprehensive overview of cardiovascular diseases and their prevalence, highlighting the need for accurate and timely diagnosis. The thesis then delves into the principles of echocardiography, describing the different types of imaging modalities and their applications in cardiovascular disease diagnosis. Moreover, it discusses the advantages and limitations of echocardiography, including its non-invasiveness, portability, and relatively low cost. It concludes by considering the importance of echocardiography in ameliorating patient outcomes and reducing the burden of cardiovascular diseases on society

AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH IN THE TREATMENT OF WOUND COMPLICATIONS IN PATIENTS WITH POSTOPERATIVE VENTRAL HERNIAS

Akhmedov Akhmat Ibrogimovich

The article presents the experience of an innovative approach to reducing postoperative complications of allohernioplastic in patients with ventral hernias. The authors divided the patients into three groups: the control group (67 patients) who underwent traditional alloplastic using a polypropylene (PP) mesh, the 1st main (61 patients) group, which intraoperative for alloplastic used a PP mesh after processing it with a hemostatic sponge, the 2nd main group (43 patients), who underwent alloplastic after treatment of the PP mesh with a hemostatic sponge in combination with the antiseptic miramistin. As a result, postoperative wound complications were reduced by more than 3.4-4 times in comparison with the control group

KEY ASPECTS OF HEALTH SYSTEM DIGITALIZATION

K.M. Daminova, Sh.T. Iskandarova

According to the results of the study, it was determined that now, the healthcare systems of absolutely all countries of the world are under enormous pressure. Several reasons, which are to expand the number of services and improve the quality of medical care, facilitate this. Simultaneously, the scale and complexity of medical needs is growing due to the increase in the size and life expectancy of the population, the spread of epidemiological diseases and the growth of public expectations for more personalized and comfortable services. The gap between the supply and demand for health services is growing, and most countries are striving for a digital transformation of the system to close this gap. Modern digital technologies can integrate care, identify and reduce risks, predict and help manage population health needs and improve the quality of care.

AGROTECHNICS OF GROWING OF MEDICINAL CHAMOMILLA (MATRICARIA CHAMOMILLA L.,) AND CARNION (CALENDULA OFFCINALIS L,.) PLANTS

Rasulov Ilhom Makhmudovich

Pursuant to the decree of the President of Uzbekistan dated April 10, 2020 No. PD-4670 “On measures for the protection of medicinal plants growing in the wild, cultivation, processing and rational use of available resources” (Matricaria chamomilla L.) research results on the development of agrotechnology for growing plants are presented. As a result of the growing need for raw medicinal plant products in our republic, the amount of their preparation is also increasing. This, in turn, leads to a decrease in the reserves of a number of medicinal plants in nature, as a result of which the preparation of their raw materials is sharply limited or completely stopped.

STAGES OF PROTEIN BIOSYNTHESIS

Zukhurova Malika, N.X. Mamazulunov

The cells are continuously undergoing metabolic processes — the processes of synthesis and decomposition of substances. Each cell synthesizes the substances it needs. This process is called biosynthesis. Biosynthesis is the process of creating complex organic substances during biochemical reactions that occur with the help of enzymes. Biosynthesis is necessary for survival — without it, the cell will die. One of the most important processes of biosynthesis in a cell is the process of protein biosynthesis, which includes special reactions that occur only in a living cell — these are matrix synthesis reactions. Matrix synthesis is the synthesis of new molecules in accordance with the plan laid down in other already existing molecules. Protein synthesis in the cell proceeds with the participation of special organelles — ribosomes. These are non-membrane organelles consisting of rRNA and ribosomal proteins.

LIVER BIOCHEMISTRY. NEUTRALIZATION OF TOXIC SUBSTANCES IN THE BODY. THE ROLE OF THE LIVER IN METABOLISM

Kadirov Mahamadzarif Anvarjonovich, Yusufova Iroda Anvarovna, Azamatova Fazilat Azamatovna

The liver is the largest parenchymal organ. It performs a number of key functions in the body. Accepts and distributes substances entering the body from the digestive tract, which are brought with blood through the portal vein. These substances penetrate into hepatocytes, undergo chemical transformations and, in the form of intermediate or final metabolites, enter the blood and are carried to other organs and tissues. It serves as a place of bile formation. Synthesizes substances that are used in other tissues. Inactivates exogenous and endogenous toxic substances, as well as hormones.

DNA DAMAGE AND REPAIR. MOLECULAR MUTATIONS

Kadirov Mahamadzarif Anvarjonovich, Odilova Sevinch Ulugbek kizi, Mirzaanvarova Komila Mirzaabrorovna

The process that allows living organisms to repair damage that occurs in DNA is called repair. All repair mechanisms are based on the fact that DNA is a double-stranded molecule, i.e. there are 2 copies of genetic information in the cell. If the nucleotide sequence of one of the two chains turns out to be damaged (altered), the information can be restored, since the second (complementary) chain is preserved. DNA is the main reserve of information and a source of transmission for generations
