QUANTUM-CHEMICAL CALCULATION OF PHYSICO-CHEMICAL PARAMETERS OF ANTHRACHINONE

Rakhmanov S.Q., Abdurakhmanova U.K.

In this article, the reactivity of the anthraquinone molecule, the electron density distribution in the molecule, the distance between the bonds, and the physicochemical parameters extracted from the root extract of the plant "Rubia tinctorum L" are studied using quantum chemical methods (DFT, PM3, , TS-DFT was performed in Gaussian 09 using the 6-31G basis set. The reactivity, bond energies, electron density distribution of the molecule were calculated, the structure was analyzed by IR spectroscopy and compared with the spectra obtained from the "Spectral Database for Organic Compounds SDBS" database. The degree of agreement between the quantum chemical calculations and the spectra obtained from the basis set was evaluated by finding the correlation coefficient by the method of least squares.

DEVELOPMENT OF AN ADAPTIVE BELT CONVEYOR CONTROL SYSTEM

Adylov Ya.T., Nuraliev A.K.

Continuous transport machines, in particular belt conveyors, are used in a wide variety of industries. Such machines are especially effective when used in mechanical engineering, in warehouses, and in the logistics system. In the process of intensifying production, a number of requirements are placed on conveyors in terms of their productivity and the accuracy of cargo positioning. These requirements can only be achieved by adjusting the speed of the electromechanical conveyor system. In turn, the regulation will necessarily cause uneven movement of the conveyor belt and oscillation of the load relative to its equilibrium position. Due to wear and tear of technological equipment, as well as changes in loading patterns, the conveyor is a significantly unstable object, the properties of which change significantly over time. In addition, the electromechanical system of the conveyor is influenced by external disturbances, the nature of which varies from smooth and continuous to sharp and intermittent. All this allows us to conclude that the electromechanical belt conveyor system, from a control point of view, is a non-stationary object. On the other hand, operating experience shows that we get the greatest effect from the operation of cargo transportation systems when regulating the speed of the belt conveyor. For example, energy savings of up to 30%, while increasing the stability of conveyor systems by 10%. Therefore, today the urgent task is to develop a model of an adaptive automatic control system for EMC conveyor belts, taking into account the influence of external disturbing factors, which will limit load fluctuations in combination with high productivity. The article uses materials from a project to automate the conveyor belt system used for transporting air conditioners and refrigerators produced at the enterprises of ARTEL, Tashkent

THE ROLE OF INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION CORRIDORS IN THE CENTRAL ASIAN COUNTRIES' ECONOMIC GLOBALIZATION PROCESS

Sobirjonov E.S.

The paper investigates the function and significance of international transport corridors in the globalization and integration of Central Asian economies. The importance of Central Asian countries' international transport corridors is explored in order to promote integration into the world transport and logistics system. Particular emphasis is placed on the possibility for the development of international transport corridors as Central Asian economies are integrated into the regional and worldwide space.

AI AND IoT PRACTICAL EDUCATION

Lee Seungjik

Teaching methods that enable students to think creatively and independently are very important. Many educators are educating while thinking about these things. Especially in engineering, hands-on education is more important than anything else. I believe that professor give the task to students, students have to solve the tasks that received from professorson their own. I would like to introduce what I teach at TUIT, the Department of Artificial Intelligence, where I work, to teach students how to solve problems on their own and be creative. For practical training in engineering education, practical equipment is very important. We brought practice equipment for students from Korea and allowed them to use it freely. Additionally, students can freely use all equipment, including 3D printers, installed in the lab. It doesn't matter what the student creates using this equipment. Discuss together only when they have questions. Research online with your student to find the best answer. Let’s take a look at which students around the world have similar concerns as you. Through this process, students’ interest is aroused. Find information on your own on the Internet. Students receive this type of education and create their own robotic arms using a 3D printer and control the robotic arms using a computer. Student satisfaction is high. We also suggest good methods for education in IoT and AI to others.

ECONOMIC IMPACTS OF LITHIUM EXTRACTION FROM WATER SOURCES AND DEPOSITS

Abdullayev B., Makhmayorov J., Rakhmonov J., Safarov A., Samadiy M.

Today, the demand for lithium and its compounds is growing rapidly. One of the main reasons for this is the significant increase in the production of electric vehicles. This article provides information on lithium reserves, areas of its use, economic scale and technologies for producing lithium compounds. The production of lithium compounds worldwide is also taken into account separately and expressed in precise figures. In the future, as the production of lithium and its compounds increases, one of the main problems is the raw material base. This article is devoted to solving these problems.

STUDY OF THE PROCESS OF EVAPORATION OF WATER IN THE ARAL SEA

Abdullayev B., Makhmayorov J., Toshtemirova Sh., Usmanov I., Samadiy M.

In this study, the rate of evaporation of Aral Sea salt water was studied to extract lithium compounds from the salt water of the Aral Sea. The investigation involved evaporating samples obtained from various concentrations of Aral Sea saltwater and subsequently analyzing each saltwater percentage and result after separating the liquid and solid phases, the contents of the precipitated solid phase and liquid phase were analyzed using an Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (Perkin-Elmer, AAS-30-UCA-690 Elan).

DEVELOPING A WEB PLATFORM ENABLING REMOTE COMPLETION OF STUDENTS' FINAL QUALIFICATION WORKS

Khujamuratov B., Boltayev D., Abdukarimov Z.

In order to facilitate the remote completion of final qualification works, it is essential to understand how this process is currently progressing. Currently, students do not have the opportunity to choose their final qualification or course work; instead, they are provided with a predetermined list by university educators, and students are obliged to work on topics assigned to them. Through our system, educators contribute topics, and students select those they find acceptable. This process is monitored by the department heads' statistics. The quality assurance department will also have the ability to view statistics and issue directives. The system integrates all information of both educators and students with the current HEMIS system implemented in all universities in Uzbekistan.

RESEARCH ON SYNTHESIS OF ADSORBENT BASED ON MONOETHANOLAMINE AND ACETIC ALDEHYDE

Janayev M., Adilov R., Alimukhamedov M.

In this study, the processes of monoethanolamine (MEA) with acetaldehyde (SA) acedolization were investigated. As a result of the study, it was found that the increase in the molar ratio of acetic aldehyde to monoethanolamine decreased the nitrogen mass fraction (%) and hydroxyl number (mgKON/g) in the final product, and increased the molecular mass (MM). Our obtained samples were studied using IR spectra.
