In pregnant women, hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection can have important implications for both maternal and fetal health. This abstract provides an overview of the course of pregnancy and childbirth in women with viral hepatitis B. During pregnancy, women with chronic HBV infection may experience fluctuations in viral load, with potential consequences for liver function and overall health. Close monitoring of liver enzymes and viral load is essential to ensure timely interventions if necessary. Antiviral therapy may be recommended in certain cases to suppress viral replication and reduce the risk of vertical transmission to the newborn

The article Epidemiological characteristics of patients with viral hepatitis B. Patients with viral hepatitis B had different methods of infection with viral hepatitis B: 70.8% of people over 50 years of age had a history of multiple injections in a hospital setting. For age groups 20-29 years, the most significant risk factor for infection with viral hepatitis B was the use of intravenous narcotic drugs (33.3% and 29.4%, respectively). In all age groups of the examined patients, there was a significant proportion of unidentified pathogen transmission factors and ranged from 9.4% to 35.0%. It was found that the monthly distribution of patients with HBV was characterized by minor fluctuations in the number, without a clearly defined seasonal rise and fall. There was only an increase in the number of patients with viral hepatitis B in the winter months

The paper presents the result of treatment for congenital left main bronchus stenosis complicated by chronic pneumonia. The patient has had a thoracotomy, resection of the stenosed left main bronchus, and an "end-to-end" anastomosis. In the background of congenital bronchial abnormalities, bronchiectasis was found in the low lobe of the left main bronchus. This method is preferred in children because it allows for organ-saving procedures to be performed.

Risk factors for complications of GERD include older age, male gender, white race, abdominal obesity, and tobacco use. The symptoms of GERD and the symptoms of reflux esophagitis, functional dyspepsia and gastroparesis largely overlap, which creates difficulties for the management of patients. Unfortunately, in the available literature there is little data on the use of laser, and even then, they mainly relate to biopsy under the control of the esophagus with volumetric laser endomicroscopy and laser coagulation. In this article, 10 types of pecan samples were tested for yield and oil yield in the study of the possibilities of cultivation in the subtropical soil-climate conditions of the southern Surkhondarya region in the researches of the practical project. In terms of yield, it was found that "Hasildar" variety had the highest result, i.e. 82.2 centners per hectare, and "Fakhr" variety had 73.8% and "Kapalak" variety had 72.7% oil yield.

The results of treatment of post-strachitic Varus deformities of the lower limb in young children ¬. Varus deformities have large levers for correcting the deformity, and with valgus deformities, one of the curvature levers is short, the load during redressing falls on the capsule-ligamentous apparatus of the knee joint, in particular on its lateral portion, thereby, under a plaster cast, correction of the limb axis occurs due to stretching of the capsule -ligamentous apparatus, which must be taken into account when conducting physiotherapy after removing the plaster.

Pectus excavatum deformity (PCD) is one of the complex pathological conditions characteristic of the pediatric orthopedic spectrum. According to a number of studies mentioned in the literature, it is observed in 0.4-2.25% of children, which accounts for up to 91% of all congenital chest deformities [3, 4 , 10 ]. Despite significant advances in the treatment of this disease, problems related to its diagnosis and treatment remain relevant. As the child grows, these problems can worsen, leading to compression of the internal organs of the chest and disruption of their functioning. Obvious cosmetic defects and deterioration in cardiorespiratory condition observed in older children with CAD can cause feelings of isolation, inadequacy and difficulty in social adaptation, which in turn negatively affects the mental development of the child [4, 9].
