IMPORTANCE OF ENDOVIDEOLAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY IN THE TREATMENT OF VARICOCELE IN ADOLESCENT CHILDREN

Ochilov Rustam Ochilovich

Improvement of the videolaparoscopic method of treatment of varicocele in adolescent urology is given importance to evaluation of minimally invasive methods. Different surgical methods of minimally invasive varicocele treatment are also compared. In each case, a differential approach is required when deciding on the choice of surgical treatment. If patients have bilateral varicocele, videolaparoscopic surgery is performed at the same time. Videolaparoscopic operations in the treatment of varicocele allow to reduce the number of postoperative complications and increase the results of treatment. The choice of surgical intervention for varicocele in adolescents should be determined not only by its clinical effect, but also by economic efficiency.

Yakshimurat B. Kurambayev, Sojidaxon Umurkulova, Sohiba Rizayeva, Shakhzoda Rakhmonova

We examined the data of appeals to outpatient clinics in order to detect the incidence of pneumonia in children in areas with different intensities of pesticide usage. It was found that in the areas of intensive usage of pesticides (cotton growing area) in children aged 0-4 years, acute pneumonia is recorded 3-5 times more often than in the zone of limited usage of pesticides (livestock area). The static differences are significant. The prevalence of acute pneumonia among girls is 7–20% higher than among boys. The highest level of respiratory diseases is found at the age of 1 to 4 years. With the increase in the territorial burden of pesticides, the level of perinatal pathology and the number of premature infants increase. The data confirm that acute pneumonia and other respiratory diseases are more common in the cotton growing area than in the livestock one. However, the study of the regional characteristics of the incidence of children has established that in the general structure of the respiratory diseases, pneumonia occupies the first place.

BENEFITS OF USING URSAN IN THE TREATMENT OF CHRONIC HEPATITIS IN CHILDREN

Begnaeva Mukhiba Usmanovna, Siddikov Olim Abdullayevich

Viral hepatitis in children is a group of infectious diseases that affect the liver and cause various dysfunctions of this organ. Microorganisms that cause this type of pathology are very stable in the external environment, tolerate negative temperatures well, are difficult to disinfect and can live for 3-6 months. Pediatric gastroenterologists evaluate the symptoms, diagnose and treat hepatitis in children with the participation of infectious disease specialists, pediatricians and other specialists. Viral childhood hepatitis occupies a special place in modern gastroenterology, because this group of diseases is full of serious complications for the body and the transition of an acute disease to a chronic stage (with the exception of hepatitis A, which never becomes chronic). The most dangerous for children is hepatitis B, which currently has no specific treatment and can cause serious complications in a short time

EFFECTIVENESS OF COMBINED TREATMENT OF ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION WITH DRUGS FROM THE GROUP "ANGIOTENSIN II RECEPTOR ANTAGONISTS" AND "CALCIUM CHANNEL BLOCKERS"

Nuraliyeva Rano

According to epidemiological studies, the prevalence of arterial hypertension (AH) among adults in developed countries ranges from 20 to 40% and increases with age [1]. High blood pressure occurs in more than 50% of men and women over the age of 60 [2]. The urgency of the problem is supported by the increasing urbanization processes of society, which create preconditions for the emergence of risk factors (RF) such as stress, physical inactivity, obesity, bad habits and disturbed ecology. High blood pressure is one of the main risk factors for the development of cerebral strokes, cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and other cardiovascular diseases of atherosclerotic origin, which are associated with more than 50% of all deaths.
