BIOGAS PRODUCTION IN BIOTECHNOLOGICAL FACILITIES

Kalandarov Palvan Iskandarovich

The article discusses the method of physical and technical functional analogy for the mathematical description of the functioning of biological organs and systems, and provides mathematical models of biotechnological objects. These models were used to obtain new information in the scientific and industrial spheres, to study a biological object without exerting strong (and even more destructive) energy effects on it using neuro-fuzzy systems and intelligent technologies for automation, including for controlling objects in applied biotechnology for biogas production.

CUSTOMER PREFERABLE PRODUCT SETS GENERATION USING DATA MINING

Abdurashitova Muniskhon, Khamidulla Khabibullaev, Ugiloy Saidova

The process of extracting and identifying patterns from massive data sets using techniques that lie at the confluence of database systems, statistics, and machine learning is known as data mining. The overall objective of data mining, an interdisciplinary branch of computer science and statistics, is to extract information from a data collection (using clever techniques) and organize it into a structure that can be understood and used further. In this work, we will analyze the online retail data using data mining techniques to generate customer preferable sets to improve the company's overall income.

DO COSTS OF RENEWABLE ENERGY INCREASE GENERATION? AN EMPIRICAL TEST ACROSS EURASIAN COUNTRIES

Surayyo Kushbakova

Currently, renewable energy plays a vital role in the modern global economy to improve affordable soft and cheap energy. Additionally, growth of the population, dependent on import energy and shortage of natural resources, conflicts between countries (Russia and the Ukraine) and sanctions force to solve the energy problems globally. Considering the generation of renewable energy between costs on it, we investigate how much investment on renewables increases dependent respectively. We explore the effect of capital costs from government or investment on renewable energy generation, using data from 72 Eurasian nations for 2019, taking into consideration investment cost variables. We use levelized cost of electricity (LCOE) estimation to tuck up costs of variables which included capital, operation and maintenance. Besides, we include modeling other variables to show the estimating capital variable, and the results were almost unchanged. We use cross sectional secondary data from the sites Global Economy and Our World in Data, report of IRENA and the study reveals the positive relationship with initial investment which refer to improving this type of energy sector. Though, operation and maintenance costs are implicit and not concrete because of different types of plants to generate the energy, for instance, in solar PV labor costs are taken 15% to 20% from the generation in a year, in wind or hydro production of energy are different as well. In operation and maintenance costs are fixed and variable costs that subtracted from generation and equalized per year. According nebulosity, the operation and maintenance costs are omitted in our research. Finally, we checked for robustness standard error tests to avoid heteroscedasticity

GEOINFORMATION MAPPING OF THE NETWORK OF MASS PASSENGER TRANSPORT IN OSH FOR A GENERAL ASSESSMENT OF TRANSPORT SERVICES TO THE POPULATION

Adieva G.M.

This article examines the passenger transport network of the city of Osh. Passenger transport was mapped using the ArcGIS program. An analysis of the operation of the city's public transport was carried out using Spatial analyst tools. Based on the results of the network analysis, the provision of the population with public transport was determined. When organizing passenger transportation, the main problems were identified, including non-compliance with the traffic schedule, which leads to an increase in the travel time of passengers on transport, systematic violations of traffic rules, excessively long stops at key stopping points due to an increase in transport on the roads, etc.

STUDYING THE STRUCTURE OF BIS-CARBAMATE OF THE MEE SERIES BY IR SPECTRAL ANALYSIS METHOD

Eldor Mashaev, Abduhamid Makhsumov, Odil Ziyadullaev, Guzal Otamukhamedova

In this research work, the IR spectra of the reagent molecules that react to synthesize N, N'-hexamethylene-bis-[(o-cresol)-carbamate] i.e., MEE-1 were studied by the attenuated total internal reflection method. The length and strength of bonds between bis-carbamate atoms were studied and calculated using the quantum chemical method. During the work, the similarities between the spectra of bis-carbamate and other substances were studied using international databases. As a result, absorption spectra of functional groups such as amine, methyl, carbonyl, aromatic, and ether, characteristic of carbamate groups, were identified, which proves the structure of bis-carbamate MEE-1.

THE BILATERAL LINKAGES BETWEEN INNOVATIONS AND DIGITALIZATION. EVIDENCE FROM CIS COUNTRIES

O. Nazarov, A. Kostyuchenko

In the framework of the advancement of the knowledge economy, innovation and digital technology play crucial roles. Simultaneously, there is an ongoing question on the relative importance of each of these elements. To examine this matter, the article examines the statistics on 9 Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) republics. The modelling findings indicate that the components exhibit comparable significance, implying a reciprocal association between innovation and the degree of digitalization. Hence, a 10% enhancement in the innovation ecosystem may lead to a maximum 3% increase in the degree of digitalization. Simultaneously, an inverse relationship exists: a 10% rise in the adoption of digitalization leads to a 2% boost in innovation.
