MICROBIAL COMMUNITY IN SALINE SOILS OF COTTON FIELDS IN KASHKADARYA REGION

Zakiryaeva S.I., KarimovX.X., Khamidova Kh.M., Shakirov Z.S.

The microbial communities within soil layers (0-10 cm, 10-20 cm, and 20-30 cm) of cotton fields at the "Yuksalish" MFY farm, Nishon district, Kashkadarya region, were analyzed. Microbiological analysis revealed low populations of microorganisms from the main physiological groups, with some groups entirely absent. Ammonifying bacteria were significantly more abundant in the 20-30 cm layer (1.5 × 105 CFU/g) compared to upper layers, whereas oligonitrophilic microorganisms were less prevalent (4.5×103 CFU/g) in this layer. Fungi belonging to Aspergillus and Fusarium genera were observed in soil layers of 10-20 cm and 20-30 cm.

ECHOCARDIOGRAPHIC ASPECTS OF VENTRICULAR SEPTAL DEFECT WITH HIGH PULMONARY HYPERTENSION IN CHILDREN

Abzalova M.Ya., Asgari Bitul

This article reviews the echocardiographic assessment of ventricular septal defect (VSD) in children, particularly focusing on cases complicated by high pulmonary hypertension (PH). Echocardiography is pivotal in diagnosing, monitoring, and managing these conditions, offering crucial insights into cardiac structure and function. The review highlights key echocardiographic markers, their clinical significance, and the role of advanced imaging techniques in optimizing patient outcomes.

COMPLEX ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSTICS OF BILIARY ATRESIA IN CHILDREN

Yusupalieva G.A., Mursakaeva K.D.

Biliary Atresia is the most common cause of persistently direct (conjugated) hyperbilirubinemia in the first three months of life. It is a progressive inflammatory obliteration of the extra- and intrahepatic bile ducts whose pathogenesis remains speculative. This review updates the etio-pathological considerations, clinical manifestations, methods of diagnosis, surgical management, and results of this terrible disease in young infants. We will emphasize that persistent jaundice in the newborn period must be managed urgently, a diagnosis should be established early in life, and Kasai portoenterostomy offered to those infants with Biliary Atresia before their eighth week of life. This will allow more than one-third of children to survive.

THE INFLUENCE OF HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY IN PREPARATION FOR EMBRYO TRANSFER IN ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGIES

Tursunova M.

Among hormonal drugs used in assisted reproductive technology (ART) programs, estrogens occupy a special place. If the prescription of progesterone drugs to support implantation and early pregnancy is quite clearly defined and legitimate, the advisability of using estrogens is far from obvious and needs clarification. It refers to the use of estrogens with a “poor response” of the ovaries to stimulation, thin endometrium, in programs with donor oocytes and embryos, in treatment cycles using cryopreserved/thawed embryos, with support for the post-transfer period and in the early stages of pregnancy.

ORGANIZATION OF MEASURES TO PREVENT ONCO-GYNECOLOGICAL DISEASES IN FAMILY POLYCLINICS

Rasulova N., Navruzova V.

The prevention of onco-gynecological diseases within the framework of family polyclinics is essential for reducing the incidence and improving the early detection of these conditions among women. This article outlines a comprehensive approach to organizing preventive measures in family polyclinics, emphasizing the importance of regular screenings, patient education, and lifestyle interventions. By implementing systematic screening programs for cervical and breast cancer, offering educational sessions on risk factors and early signs, and promoting healthy lifestyle choices, family polyclinics can play a pivotal role in reducing the burden of onco-gynecological diseases. The integration of these preventive measures into routine primary care ensures that women receive continuous and accessible care, thereby enhancing the overall effectiveness of cancer prevention strategies.
